  1. i practiced HIGH of this so i feel to advise .. if you do this regulary your pelvis part gets tighten and makes some side effects… to get rid of those side effects doing parvatasana. and it giving help from the 3 days onwards.. if you want to do this better follow yoga diet and do this not more than 2 minutes especialyy for men . yes thigh parts fat decreases but siatica part gets disturbed if diet or more time paractises(5-10 minutes). hope this helpful to others
