  1. very nice, plz teach us how to do controlled front flips and back flips, and how to do proper chakra asana and also coming back from chakra asana to standing position without hurting our back, i am doing it in controlled manner with a wall but lower back muscles hurt a lititle bit at night, but than it gets ok after 2 days and than i practice it again.
