  1. I probably wouldn't have put the avocado or mixed it up, it just makes it dry and turns it into a big heavy block lol. I make these all the time and I just assemble on the day of, it looks prettier and it tastes fresh, just have your ingredients in the fridge and heat and eat then top

  2. How do you prevent insane hunger cravings until 1pm?? I've tried IF so many times, but I get hungry around 10am and I cant focus (or sometimes even get faint) if I dont eat soon afterwards. If I have a big workout the day before, I get hungrier around 9am. Since I'm in class, I end up having to eat during class but ideally id like to hold off until noon!

  3. So when I started my fitness journey it took me forever to figure out what to eat. I literally went through every meal plan and nothing worked for me. It took me countless hours of research with a lot of trials and errors. So when my girlfriend told me about this video so I decided to give it a shot I mean why not right? Within 3 solid months on the meal plans I dropped 45 lbs!! I couldn't believe it! But what really gave me the boost to go that extra mile was these teas I found online. It helped me a lot with shredding the fat away. It was these red tea detox packets. I got them here @t Give it a shot it definitely helped me out!

  5. Update: I have been doing this plan for a week. I must say everything is delicious! The only thing different is I added a lot less almond milk to the oats because I prefer it thicker and in addition to the soy sauce for the tofu I added poultry seasoning. I'm impressed, will be trying more of your meal plans!

  7. I just started a challenge at my gym and my plan is sooooo restricted! But everything you prepped here is included for me! Minus the corn ๐Ÿ˜ž so l definitely be doing these next week.
