  3. I needed this this morning. Have been having to have breathing treatments because I had some kind of undiagnosed bronchial either infection or allergy. They weren't sure what it was. Until finally I had an air quality test at the house today and it turns out the essential oils I love to diffuse during yoga and sometimes in the afternoon had actually made the home very toxic with tons of fragrance and particles and high CO2 in the house. So finally I'll be getting some air filters in the home this week and I wipe down all the walls from the fragrance and I will start to feel better. Meanwhile yoga is my Saving Grace because it takes my mind off of not feeling well.

  4. I did 11 and 10th class together, one was just not enough. This class spoiled me. So relaxing I could stay there forever. Music was perfect. Say hi to Jonny 😉 <3

  6. Great class especially after yesterday. It helped me relax my aching shoulder and tension….going running later and may return to this or day 5 to ensure I am ready for what you bring tomorrow.

    Ali does the "turn your elbow in" direction you gave for the side lean stretches hold true for when say my arms are put to the side to relieve tension (the knees bent over series we did at length).

  7. I’d love to remain in this state of being gentle and kind to myself. But the outer world is knocking on the door, with its expectations and requests 🙂 I need to work on it.
