  3. Hi Maha. The best thing for you to do would be to walk. It's great exercise. Try adding in some squats or lunges and stay away from processed junk foods. Try an apple, orange, banana your body will love you for it.

  4. I have thick thighs. Will they bulk up if I use weights to do these exercises? It's confusing, some trainers advise using weights and others say using weights bulk up muscles.

    Also, Can you make videos on reducing the butt size?
