  1. Most boxers don’t lift weights. It slows you down and makes you bulky. Also, to get ripped like a boxer all you need is to burn more than you eat, run fast and hard 3 miles, crunches, push-ups and pull ups to failure.

  2. This is nice advice, but remember its progressive – if you do this balls to the wall for a week you'll be broken for the rest of the month : train smarter, not harder and know your limits

  3. If you want to LOOK good, train to look good. A boxer trains to box, if he by any chance looks good naked… okay. Muhammed Ali was probably the greatest boxer of all time and barely even looked like he worked out.

  4. Well….fighters in general are ripped…
    I grapple,do muay thai and box and some of the people in my gym are RIPPED ASF….
    But the only way to get a fighters body is:
    Actually train how to fight!
    No guarantee you'll get a ripped body,
    I train every day but have a slight belly,
    But get out there and train is worth a try 🤙🤙🤙🤙
