  10. This is so inspiring. But could someone give me a few tips. Im 16, 5'3 and 155lbs. I know im not overweight and i dont look very overweight. But i cant seem to lose weight. I work out everyday. Im on my feet all day, i drink a lot of water and only eat healthy. Honestly i dont even get hungry, i just eat cause i know i need to feed my body. I have severe asthma so its difficult to do cardio. But i work out every night for atleast an hour. I know i have a lot of muscle. But i still have fat on the stomach and thighs that i cant get rid of

  12. Im around 180 pounds right now and 5'7, 15 years. Im aware I am not obese but all of my weight goes to my stomach and thighs. Ive actually been eating well recently, and ive been wanting to work out so bad but I have severe asthma which keeps me from being able to do cardio. It was actually really nice seeing someone that is a teen and in the journey, you look amazing! This motivated me to go to the doctor to get new medication for my asthma, and new ways to work out that isnt just cardio.

  13. I'm honestly in that stage of the journey where I hate everything about myself. I look in the mirror everyday wishing I was different. But I KNOW I'm the only one who can change that. I want to start a series on my channel (its not a big channel, but im.not really looking for subs it more of a motivation thing) where I do certain exercises for a month and see where it takes me, and the next month I amp it up. I encourage everyone to join me, I'll start tomorrow.

    i hate hypothyroidism too and the binge thing and depression is so relatable.
    i decided to lose weight (i wasn't obese but i didn't love myself either) and i lost 10lbs until now and i want to lose 20 more ^^ it's going slow af because of my hypothyroidism but it's fine, it's not impossible ^^
