Clean out the fridge, block out that workout time everyday…..have everything you need ready to go, whether your on the dreaded mill, headed out for an outdoor run, (personally I run with my dogs they motivate me to run all the time- they're always ready and willing to go!) I have four dogs if you want to come run with us!LOL!, Have you mat, Yoga blocks, etc ready and in their own spot……Eat clean- forget the halloween candy, have a healthy halloween treat if you really need to celebrate!! Fruits, VEGGIES- Full of filling fiber!-, Proteins- I have my beans and lentils and all as a VEGAN! Stay away from most packaged foods…..etc….
