You are soo right! i used to throw the towel ,and blame my thyroid because i would feel tierd and sleepy and what not.. im not kidding I started feeling sluggish again since sunday ,but i haven't let it get to me.. i feel tierd ,but i still manage to do what i have to do. 😊 "Once you change your mind your body follows."
