  6. @SlayerBG93 If you could rig a resistance band to your foot the right way this would become a great strengthening exercise but I agree great for injury recovery.

  7. if yu really want to excerise your calves do raises, you need weight (body weight or dumbell) to get better and stronger muscles and raises also is more effective to build muscle. thumb this up so everybody can see the comment, so they know not to do this shit
