I so appreciate the class because I'm so weak in my lower back and abs from having twins and bf-ing/bending over lots…still have a small diasis recti, but I'm getting stronger every day. My girls (who are just over a yr old) love to watch your yoga and dance around when your intro plays 🙂

Hi Ali – I did this with your most recent espresso shot class this morning and noticed you are wearing the same colors in both classes, maybe they were meant to go together? 🙂 In any case – both were wonderful workouts! I was tired because my two year old has just been awakening in the middle of the night to nurse suddenly this week (maybe a growth spurt or something because he usually sleeps straight through).  These classes woke me up and worked my muscles at the same time, I am refreshed – thank you! I'm adding to this comment the next day – boy did I feel these classes in the back of my thighs and bottom! Such a great workout and you made it fun!

I don't sweat too often but this one got me wet! also I can see my booty looking better because you have beed doing a lot of low back strengtheners in your classes lately! makes my back to booty ratio very sexy.
