    I've been practicing yoga with you for a very long time. Your videos always bring me peace when life spins out of control. Right now I'm going through a grieving process (my beloved dog recently died) and was wondering if you could make a yoga video for grief and loss. I've done your yoga for a broken heart but would definitely love a practice specifically for loss of loved ones.

  4. Excellent! My discovery, though, after these last two workouts, is that I much prefer the longer intervals, knowing I only have to do them three times, rather than the shorter intervals but 6 rounds. Mentally, I'm not prepared for six. Dropped off at 4/6 again today. Super fun though! I guess I'll have to work on my endurance!
