  2. I have a question about jump rope length. You said that a jump rope should go over the chest, but under the armpit. Does a persons width make any advantages or disadvantages to the exercise? I’m wider and a little bit broader than the average person, would that affect my ability to jump with the recommended rope length?

  3. I am 86 kg guy..I do 20 minutes rope skipping only regular
    Bounce.i do one minute Skipp than take 40 seconds rest and continue it for 20 reps.i do 120-130 skipping in a minutes …Is it enough to lose fat?
